Paul Rai brings more than 4 years of experience in the PC Postage industry and additional 7 years in the technology support spectrum. With his vast exposure to different departments at Endicia, Paul is able to deliver exceptional support as a Product Specialist. He has served in Technical Support, Training, Refunds, and as a support liaison to the Engineering team over the past 4 years at Endicia. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University. In his spare time, Paul enjoys remixing music and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
