Is IMA a non profit association?
Yes, IMA is a 501(C)6 non profit trade association as recognized by the Internal Revenue Service.

Does it cost to join IMA?
Dues are very reasonable. IMA has 4 levels of membership, depending upon the size of your company / number of employees. Click Here To View IMA Dues

What are the requirements to join IMA?
Companies of all sizes are welcome to join IMA as long as they are actively involved in eCommerce or servicing the e-commerce industry.

Do I have to have a website to be a member of IMA?
Most of our members do have websites, but a website is not required for membership. You just need to be actively involved in e-commerce.

Will IMA help me with my internet business?
Joining IMA will help you take your e-commerce business to the next level. You will benefit by joining IMA and collaborate with other Internet retailers, wholesalers and suppliers and providers.

Where do I network with fellow e-commerce sellers?
IMA offers two outstanding opportunities. One is our private discussion forum with rooms to interact with vendors. The other is our annual conference in Las Vegas. This is held with the largest product sourcing show in the country, the ASD/AMD show. Not only do you have the opportunity to source product, you will meet the giants of the e-commerce industry, learn from them, and interract with them.
